THE 6 WEEK TRANSFORMATION INTRODUCTION

RISE is a strength and conditioning program for men and women designed to increase total body strength, burn fat and increase physical endurance. 

This is for you if you haven’t been to the gym in years, or you want to step your game up to see faster improvements in your strength and body type.

We teach you how to lift weights from scratch, the squat, bench press and deadlift – then progressively increase your strength on each lift. Our progressive muscle building program overloads your muscles and forces them to grow with a huge variety of movements so you never get bored and continually progress.

We tie all of this up with fast paced conditioning workouts to stimulate rapid improvements in your cardiovascular fitness & fat burning.

All of this combines to give us a system that will progress you step-by-step to your goals.

I’ve been going to Raw Strength Gym for six months. I love the supportive environment and motivational approach of the two coaches. This is not a typical gym, where you get a session upon joining with the trainer, and then spend weeks doing the same weights and reps. There is lots of challenge and variety and most importantly, you get results. (And make a few friends too!)

Great atmosphere it’s like training with a bunch of mates. But there’s still the element of discipline and encouragement to make the training sessions really count . You certainly know you’ve had a proper work out at the end of the session!
