3 levels of easy-to-follow nutrition guidance and practical homework proven to change your habits, your lifestyle and your body one day at a time. Your class membership includes access to 6 Week Team Challenges on our dedicated App so it feels like you have a motivational speaker keeping you on track. 

SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY OF MEMBERS

Train in a close-knit team with up to 17 like-minded training partners in each class that will push you each and every time. Join our growing community, train with the same people each week and make new friends. Join in with our Beginners Running Club outside of your classes or attend our monthly socials.

MYZONE HEART RATE TRACKING

Our cutting edge FIT sessions incorporate MyZone HR Tracking on our big screen. Monitor your work rate, calories burned and train to the different 'HR Zones' to rack up MyZone Effort Points (MEPs). Each month we give the member with the most MEPs £100 off their training fees! (HR Monitor sold separately).

Our fun, friendly and fast-paced Interval Training and Conditioning class! Train with the team and burn some serious body fat with battling ropes, sleds, dumbbells, kettlebells and more. Motivate yourself, increase your aerobic capacity and improve your heart health by linking your MyZone Heart Rate monitor to our big screen.
