Your class membership includes access to 6 Week Team Challenges on our dedicated App so it feels like you have a motivational speaker keeping you on track.
MYZONE HEART RATE TRACKING
Our cutting edge FIT sessions incorporate MyZone HR Tracking on our big screen. Monitor your work rate, calories burned and train to the different 'HR Zones' to rack up MyZone Effort Points (MEPs). Each month we give the member with the most MEPs £100 off their training fees! (HR Monitor sold separately).
Choose from a 3 x Per Week or Unlimited membership and attend whichever 45 minute FIT classes you like each week. You can reserve your place in class, or swap classes, straight from a designated App on your smartphone or tablet.

Our FIT memberships are monthly rolling, so you can cancel any time with 30 Days notice. Or you can get a big reduction in monthly fees by committing for 6 or 12 months. See our Ts&Cs at the bottom of our website for more information.
