3 of the greatest lessons Muhammad Ali taught us:
1. The path to success is always the hardest. To achieve your goals you have to be willing to put in the work!
I run on the road, long before I dance under the lights. I hated every minute of training, but I said, ”Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.”
2. Don't be afraid to dream big, and never lose sight of that dream. If you want it bad enough, it will happen!
“Champions aren’t made in the gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them — a desire, a dream, a vision.”
3. Don't make or follow a plan without a goal. Knowing that one day you will achieve that goal, is what will keep you going when the road gets tough!
"What keeps me going is goals.”
