The gym has everything you could need to get the best out of your body, and more importantly, nothing useless to distract you from that task. In just 2 months I managed to increase my (usually stubborn and growth resistant) leg size by an inch, and quickly packed on lean muscle.
I'd be lying if I said I 'loved' training here as it can be VERY demanding, but the results are well worth the input, and with a supportive coach and good set of fellow training partners there is a motivational vibe to the place that drives you further.
It’s hard work and certainly not for the faint hearted but I know for a fact that I can’t push myself to the level of intensity required to achieve results without the encouragement and guidance at Raw Strength. Keep up the good work!
