Here’s a video from the last weeks training at Raw Strength with basketball players, rugby league and rugby union players and some non-athlete clients going all out to get STRONGER! You’ll see a mix of powerlifting exercises like the squat and bench press, along with some muscle building assistance work using the gymnastic rings and thick rope.
Kettlebell swings and box jumps are used to build POWER.
This type of training builds REAL strength and muscle that carries over to whatever sports my clients play!
