Join our 12 Week STRONG Beginners Course

4 WEEKLY SESSIONS FOR £399

Learn the techniques of Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift and be introduced to all the various styles of Strongman and Strength training. Increase your strength and possibly work towards competing in an enjoyable and friendly group atmosphere. RSG is affiliated with North West Powerlifting, part of the GBPF, the biggest drug-tested federation.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

Your STRONG membership includes access to our 3 levels of easy-to-follow nutrition guidance and practical homework proven to change your habits and your lifestyle one day at a time.  

SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY OF MEMBERS

Train in a close-knit team of training partners in each session that will push you each and every time. Join our growing community, train with the same people each week and make new friends. Join in on the RSG Barbell Club Facebook group and attend our monthly socials.

WIGAN BRAWN STARS CLUB POWERLIFTING COMPETITION

First up is @kathrynbreitsprecher competing for her second ever time. She started the day strong, opening on what she finished on at her last competition 8 weeks ago, and going on to get a 10kg PB. .
Bench she was a bit unlucky with a few of the press commands and her second was a no lift for downward movement. .
By the time deadlifts rolled around  3-4 hours later there was very little left in the tank. .
Lots of lessons learned this time, and really proud of her. She listened to all the commands, and now knows what to expect from the standard of reffing at a divisional competition. .
