Our small class environment combines a friendly, supportive group with a fun method of training proven to work time and time again.
If you haven’t trained for a few months or years, if you are nervous about getting into training or if you hate the intimidating environment of gyms and personal trainers, you will love our classes.
Through years of experience, tweaking and testing we’ve found the best way to give ladies like you a complete, beginner-friendly program that you’ll love.
The T.O.N.E principles
Your coach will lead you through each workout, support your technique, motivate you when you need it most and make sure that you are stimulating fat loss and starting the transformation process.
The program you’re on can’t be compared to a cheap local bootcamp, or even random personal training sessions. Every session is a logical progression from the last with a clear goal in sight. You’ll start at your own pace with the program adapting around you to keep you challenged and making visible changes
Whilst you likely know what foods are healthy and good for you, we’ll teach you how to tweak the amounts of food you eat each week so your body actually responds, we track everything you do and teach you how to improve.

During every session we will inspire and motivate you with a key lesson on mindset. No other program offers the mental training that we provide and our mission is that you love the training so much you keep coming back and keep improving until you’ve achieved your goal.
