DAVE BALFE - INNER WARRIOR YOGA
I’ve been practicing Yoga and Hot Yoga for 6 years, initially as way to improve mobility, posture and physical strength. However, I quickly found that it was a great antidote to modern life and cultivating inner calm. This was one of the things that inspired me to train to be a teacher and have recently qualified with Yogacampus.
I like to teach with an emphasis on working with the breath, creative sequencing and functional movement, moving between strong and challenging to gentle and restorative. I also like to work with philosophy, pranayama, meditation and sound healing.
Outside of Yoga my training background is in Muay Thai boxing and strength and conditioning. I look forward to seeing you on the mat soon!
