SMALL GROUP TRAINING

4 x WEEKLY SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

We tailor your program according to your goals and starting point in four small group training sessions per week led by an expert coach. We'll meet you at your current fitness level and match you with up to 7 other like-minded training partners. Every session will be coached and personalised to you with a structured, proven plan throughout.

FIT CLASSES

You can complement your small group training sessions with FIT our High Intensity Conditioning Classes to boost your fat burning and cardiovascular health.

PRACTICAL DIETING

Nutrition guidance that’s down to earth. We use simple methods that work alongside a busy life. You’ll learn about food via an online portal with 6 weeks of video resources and get support from a nutrition coach so you can work towards radical changes in body composition without starving yourself.

RESULTS

BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

You'll receive regular InBody scans to measure exactly how much muscle mass and fat mass you have so you can see changes that traditional scales can’t show. Every scan gives a printout you’ll keep to see how your body metrics are improving. Weekly check ins with your dedicated personal coach will provide resources and strategies to make sure you’re heading towards your goals.

Neil’s Story

Neil worked hard to achieve a phenomenal transformation in just 6 Months on our BUILT Program. Neil recognised how leading a lethargic, unhealthy lifestyle was affecting his mindset - then he set out to do something about it! Like many men, Neil was looking for a challenge in life, something positive to put his energy towards and a structure to focus on.

 

WHY DID YOU START TRAINING AT RSG? WHAT DID YOU SET OUT TO ACHIEVE?

I was stuck in a rut with my lifestyle. I was drinking a bottle of wine to myself every night and lacked any sort of hobby to get me out of the house. I had booked a watersports holiday in a few months and my wife said I wouldn’t be fit enough to do the activities.

I looked in the mirror and realised I’d become a lazy, overweight, tired person who was drinking too much and just not looking after myself like I should be. I wanted to lose weight, get fit and get out of my rut and decided RSG could be the trigger to get me on the right track.


HOW HAVE YOUR DAILY HABITS CHANGED SINCE STARTING?

I’ve stopped drinking alcohol through the week and massively cut back at weekends. This was the biggest change for me and I feel so much better for it. I’ve also been eating much healthier and sleeping better.


WHAT HAVE BEEN THE BIGGEST IMPROVEMENTS IN YOUR LIFE?

I’ve lost around half a stone in weight and dropped 2” on my waist but this doesn’t tell the full story as I’ve put on quite a bit of lean muscle. I’ve also taken my squat from 45kg to 95kg, bench press from 50kg to 75kg and deadlift from 70kg to 130kg. My clothes fit so much better and I look healthier.

I sleep much better now as well and my diet has completely changed. I also feel like I have reclaimed my weekends. Previously I slept in until 11am and now I’m up and at it on the morning sessions and go for Starbucks coffee and breakfast afterwards with the guys. By the time I get back at 9am I feel great and I’ve got the whole day ahead of me.


WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE THINKING ABOUT STARTING AT RSG?

Think about your priorities and realise that being healthy, fit and active can massively improve your life overall. If you’re going to do it you owe it to yourself and the rest of the team to give it your best shot for 6 weeks. If you don’t like it after that then fair enough, but if you do it could be a huge change in your life and you’ll meet some great new friends along the way who want to help you be the best version of yourself possible.

WHAT AM I COMMITTING TO WHEN I SIGN UP?

No long-term commitments. You’re committing to joining our 6 Week Program so you can change your habits and improve your health and fitness. You make an informed decision about whether our gym is right for you and we get to see if you are a good fit for our growing community committed to changing their bodies and lives.

 

DO I NEED TO BE FIT?

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

 

WHAT IF I MISS DAYS DURING MY 6 WEEK PROGRAM?

Don’t worry. Having rest days is recommended, you’ll still have the opportunity to attend sessions 7 days per week and have a variety of days and times to choose from.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PROGRAM?

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals (80% of 6 Week program members do), and if you hit your 6 week goal, we’ll discount your 6 Week Program cost from a continuing membership. If you decide that RSG isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE ACHES, PAINS AND INJURIES?


No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back, knee and shoulder pain. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in adapting the programs to work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.

 

NO CATCH?


Nope. What better way to grow our community than providing amazing value for only £199 with zero obligation to join?! If it’s not for you after 6 Weeks then we part ways, no questions asked, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.

 

WHAT ARE THE ONGOING MEMBERSHIP COSTS?


Our membership prices vary dependent on choice of program (4 x sessions per week or remote coaching) and commitment length. All of our programs include programming, dedicated coaching support, and the guidance you need to help you stay on track and reach you fitness goals. Prices start from £100 up to £150.

We totally get it! We guarantee you'll be met with a warm smile when you walk through the door and after your first session you'll wonder what you were worried about :)

We guarantee you've never been in a gym like RSG before (If you had, you'd still be there!) Our coaches and members have created a supportive community and all we care is that you do your best on your workouts and that you feel comfortable and enjoy yourself.
