We (Raw Strength Gym Limited) collect Your Information (“Your Information” defined below) that you voluntarily provide to Raw Strength Gym Limited, for yourself or for a minor under the age of 18 but over the age of 13 for which you are the guardian (a “Minor”) when you subscribe to a membership, become a participant (each, the “Participant”) in a trial membership, when you register for a member account with Raw Strength Gym Ltd, when you access and use our Services (online and offline) and the Website, place an order or fill out a form online. Raw Strength Gym Ltd will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us.

When ordering or filling out a form or registering on our Website or for our Services, as appropriate, you may voluntarily provide to Raw Strength Gym Limited Your Information such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information or other personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”).

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information collected through our Website and may also apply to such information collected offline when completing a ParQ form, Image Release form and Member Induction form. By using our Website or by filling out these forms, you consent to the Privacy Policy.

Location of Data: Your Information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United Kingdom or any other country where we have facilities, and by providing us with Your Information, for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of such information outside of your country.

DO WE USE COOKIES?

Also, the email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on the Privacy Policy, and/or send an email notifying you of any changes, at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to stay up-to-date on our current policies. You should review the Privacy Policy on a regular basis.

INFORMATION RETENTION SCHEDULE

We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

Subscribers to our email newsletter have the right to opt out of our communication at any time. This can be done by e-mailing sara@rawstrength.co.uk or an unsubscribe link can be found at the bottom of every email you receive.

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter.

Subscribers to our email newsletter also have the ability to rectify or update their personal data at any time. Subscribers can update their personal information by clicking the “Change subscriber options” link in the footer of the emails you receive. Alternatively, you can email sara@rawstrength.co.uk and ask for changes to be made if you think we have incorrect information for you on file.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

IMAGE PERMISSION

For you and your Minor, if applicable, you hereby grant permission to Raw Strength Gym Limited, and its affiliates and Raw Strength Gym Limited employees, agents and representatives to photograph or video you or, if applicable, your Minor’s image, likeness, or depiction (together, the “Photos”). You, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, hereby further grant permission to Raw Strength Gym Limited to edit, crop, or retouch such Photos, and you, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, waive any right to inspect or use or view such Photos. You, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, hereby consent to and permit the Photos to be used by Raw Strength Gym Limited for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, including print and electronic publishing. You, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, understand and agree that Raw Strength Gym Limited may use such Photos with or without associating names thereto. You, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, agree to and do hereby waive any claim for compensation of any kind as a result of Raw Strength Gym Limited’s use or publication of Photos. You, for yourself and for your Minor, as applicable, hereby fully and forever discharge and release Raw Strength Gym Limited from any claim for damages of any kind arising out of the use or publication of any such Photos.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, acknowledge and agree that the look and feel of the facilities, program names, training plans, nutrition plans, equipment names, trade dress, trademarks and phrases/slogans used at Raw Strength Gym Limited by its employees and agents or use on the Raw Strength Gym Limited website or materials are the intellectual property of Raw Strength Gym Limited. I, for myself and for my Minor, if applicable, acknowledge and agree that I or my Minor, as applicable, may not use or replicate the Raw Strength Gym brand or identity in any matter without the express written consent of Raw Strength Gym.
