The Built Method is led by coach Anthony Shaw, owner of Raw Strength Gym and Host of 'The Leader Lifestyle Podcast', who is considered the authority on getting everyday people strong and looking and feeling like an athlete.

Anthony created this Program with the intention of leading you through a condensed 6 Weeks of learning and guidance to enable you to get the results you want in a sustainable way, no matter how busy your lifestyle is at the moment.

First, understand that each step of our program has been planned out, tested and refined based on thousands of people we’ve trained in our Warrington gym since 2010. We now have a proven system to get you massive breakthroughs in your physique so you can look in the mirror and see a leaner, stronger and more athletic body in just 6 weeks time.

You'll learn how to build a body that looks and performs well, increase daily energy so you no longer struggle with every day tasks and enjoy training more than ever before by applying simple Intermittent Fasting routines, core biohacking strategies and practical strength training methods.

 

Support

Whether Remote Coaching or In-Person Group Training, our program includes support like you’ve never had it before. No getting lost in the crowd, being left to your own devices and being unsure. We provide support, education and accountability in our private Facebook group and your own member’s area.

Motivation

This is what most typical gyms and online coaches don't provide. You won't be left to "get on with it". After a consultation (or orientation in-person), you'll work with your own dedicated coach on a 1:1 level, coaching, guiding and checking in with you every step of the way to take you from your current position to your desired destination.

Nutrition

Receive a comprehensive education via 6 Weeks of Video Resources in our Built Members area. Get nutrition coaching based around actual science and results, not quick fixes that will never last! Learn how to turn yourself into a fat burning machine and why traditional Calorie Counting diets DO NOT WORK for Men over 40!

Your in-person sessions are led closely by our dedicated coaches in a motivating, ego-free environment. Your personal transformation coach will customise your program to your experience level to make sure you get the best results from every session. TRAINING APP

You'll record each training session's results on a designated App straight from your smartphone and record your physical progress. You’ll be fully engaged with your training because you’ll set new PBs constantly.


DEDICATED SUPPORT

One of our team will be your assigned fitness coach. No matter where you are now or what obstacles you face, we'll be on hand to ensure you don't get stuck. You’ll be supported and held accountable with weekly check ins.


BODY COMPOSITION SCANS

If you are a group training or hybrid training member, we will use our Body Scanning machine to get a baseline of your body composition (Body Fat %, muscle mass, fat distribution) then use this to track your progress.


FACEBOOK GROUP

Discover a world of support with our online community, where the team and RSG members share their thoughts and experiences.

Remote Coaching

Remote Coaching is online-based, personalised training and nutrition coaching, providing you with all the tools to guarantee you achieve the results you want. This includes personalised training plans, nutritional education via our Members Area Video Library, support via WhatsApp, access to our private community and weekly check-ins to keep you accountable.

Our mission is to help you redefine your mind, body and health to lose fat effortlessly, whilst living purposefully beyond your potential!

Small Group Training

Discover the most fun and effective way to reclaim your physique and fitness with in-person group training at our private facility in Warrington. This includes access to 4 x weekly group training sessions, yoga classes, nutritional education via our Members Area Video Library, support via WhatsApp, access to our private community and weekly check-ins to keep you accountable.

Access our extensive timetable with 18 sessions each week or opt to 'catch up' during open gym times so you never miss a session. Our mission is to help you find a new enjoyment for exercise through our welcoming community!
