Because the reality is, I probably won’t achieve that.

I know, its Winter!!
It's the time of the year when everything in our being is tellng us to hit the snooze button first thing in the morning and to hit the sofa in the evening.
I overheard something CRAZY yesterday
Yet thinking about it, it’s a phrase I hear ALL the damn time

“I’m going on holiday in 6 weeks, better start going to the gym”
